COVID PROTOCOLS

Dear Valued Resident

Thank you for your support and cooperation as our city and communities continue to navigate through COVID-19, your health and safety is our first priority. Our property management team is proactively taking steps to mitigate the risk of harm caused by COVID-19 and the spread of other illnesses both now and into the future.
Our safety protocols have been developed to alleviate the risk to our residents, prospects, associates, and vendors. Elysian Living’s plan takes into account federal, state, and local agency guidance, as well as, local data and property-specific needs. We will continue to remain flexible over the next several weeks/months to ensure that our communities remain a safe and comfortable place for you to call home.
Below is a list of precautionary measures being implemented by our property management team, Cushman & Wakefield, at all of our Elysian Living properties.

Safety and Well Being:

  • Proper hand hygiene by washing hands often with soap and water
  • Use of hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
  • Cleaning & disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces
  • Both guests and associates must wear masks/face coverings while in any common space of the building (indoors or outdoors)

Social Distancing:

  • Exercise the 6 feet social distancing recommendation
  • Removal of guest chairs in common areas or distance 6 feet from the desk to allow for social distancing
  • Reduced number of entry points where possible
  • Floor markings to assist in reminding associates and guests in the office of social distancing
